RENTAL INFORMATION
INDOOR ARENA
125' x 250' free span
arena. This metal building is fully enclosed with a concrete floor, has a
box office, 5 overhead doors (20'x10') for large equipment access, 9
standard door entrances for entering or exiting. It has 6 multi purpose
interior rooms, complete overhead lighting and electrical service with 500
amps of power and heating system. Arena has up to 2,500 seat
grandstand capacity with a 3,500 seating capacity possibility. Arena can
be set up with free standing fencing for horse shows. The arena
is used during the winter months as an ice arena (Ice rink size - 200x85).
This building has been used for Home Builders Assoc. Home Show, Home
Health Care Flower Show, Tool Sales,
Computer Shows, Horse Shows and more.
OUTDOOR HORSE SHOW
FACILITIES
This facility has a
60'x120' vinyl show ring with a grass center and conditioned track. The
horse show facility also includes a practice ring, and hunt ring, and a 2
story secretary's booth, PA system, complete lighting system for evening
events, 59 permanent stalls with an additional 112 temporary stalls that
can be set up in other adjacent building or under rented tents.
Additional stalls can be obtained if needed.
POLE BARN

This barn is wood
construction and fully enclosed with a concrete floor. Building is fully
lighted and can be completely secured. It is adjacent fenced in outdoor
show area. Ideal for uses such as horse pulls, can have portable horse
stalls set up to go along with horse show facility, expositions, shows or
storage.
MONADNOCK & CHESHIRE BARNS
Each one of these buildings
is 60' x 96' free span open wooden structure with 14' x 40' openings at
both ends with dirt floor.
GRANDSTAND & TRACK AREA
Grandstand capacity of
5,000 seats and a 95' x 300' display area (in front of seating) with an
actual total length of 800' for the entire track area. This area has been use for
just events as rodeos, truck and tractor pulls, concerts, mud bogs, and
other various outdoor events. Track area has safety concrete walls and
fully fenced in seating area. Fully lighted and PA system available.
